If visiting with friends please try to make one single group booking. When booking tickets seperately there is a high risk you will not all get into the same time slot.

You must arrive at the entrance to The Wonder Woods at least 15 minutes before your group leaves. Latecomers will not be admitted.

Please allow plenty of extra time to park and walk to the entrance and check traffic conditions before leaving home! We cannot accept responsibility for you being held up in roadwork, accidents etc.

What if I arrive late?


Your tickets are to an immersive walking performance through our Woodland and it is essential that you arrive on time. Once your group has departed it is not possible to to be admitted to the performance or to 'catch up' with your group.

We recommend all ticket holders arrive on site at least 15 minutes before the performance time shown on your tickets. This should allow allow sufficient time to park, make any necessary comfort breaks and get to the Woodland entrance. Numbers on each performance are strictly limited to keep each visit magical. It is not fair to expect a later group to increase their numbers and impact on their enjoyment of the forest.

We cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside of our control. Please check traffic conditions before leaving home and allow sufficient time or traffic and any unexpected delays.

Sadly travel conditions and unexpected delays are beyond our control. We We cannot offer a refund if you are late to your stated performance time.

Is there wheelchair or pushchair access?

No, unfortunately due to space restrictions buggies are not permitted into the Wonder Wood. Buggies may be safely left with the staff at the entrance gate.

Wheelchairs may be taken into the Woodland but please be advised our theatre takes place in a real Woodland which can be difficult to traverse, particularly after bad weather. Only the hard standing area around the ice cream parlour is suitable for wheelchair use.


Can I change my booking?

No, once booked tickets cannot be changed.

Please make sure you are booking for the correct time and date.


Who needs to buy a ticket?

Due to space restrictions and to control numbers everyone entering the Wonder Woods is required to purchase a ticket. Please note that children may not enter the woods unless they are accompanied by a reposonsible adult.

Adult and Child tickets are charged at seperate prices. A child ticket includes a visit with Father Christmas and an age appropriate gift.

Age appropriate gifts are available for all ages including babies. If you wish for your baby to visit Father Christmas and receive a gift please purchase a Child Ticket.

There is no charge for Babes in arms (0-8 months) but please be aware that space and time can be in short supply in Father Christmas's cabin. Our production company may not be able to accomodate babes in arms for photo's and and a visit with Father Christmas unless you hold a Child Ticket.


Can I make a group booking?


When booking tickets online, numbers are limited so each performance retains an intimate, magical feel.

Large parties can be arranged and are accepted into The Wonder Wood at our discretion.

What if it rains or there is bad weather?

Tickets are to an outdoor performance which is subject to The Great British weather. The tree canopy in The Wonder Wood provides considerable protection from the elements. In the event of bad weather, please dress warmly as the show will go on!

Unfortunately we will not be able to reschedule your tickets and refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely event that we cancel the show.

Can I take Photo's in the Woods and with Father Christmas


Photographs may be taken in the Wonder Woods but please be respectful towards our performers. 

Flash photography and video recording of performers is not permitted.

You are welcome to take your own photo's with Father Christmas but please be aware of time constraints and other customers also wishing to take their own photo's.

We are often asked but do not engage a professional photographer. Many of our customers prefer to take their own photo's rather than being obliged to purchase 'official' photo's.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day.

No. Unlike previous years, we no longer sell tickets on the door. We strongly recommend all customers book in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are travelling a distance.

In the unlikely event there are unsold tickets to a performance these will be made available on the day on a strictly first come, first served basis. When such tickets are available they do sell out very quickly. 

Do you issue refunds?

No, tickets are not refundable.

We cannot accept responsibilities for circumstances outside of our control including lateness, illness or accidentally booking the wrong date or time. We strongly urge all customers to check traffic conditions on the day of departure and leave enough time for unexpected delays and to park on site.

Refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely event that we cancel your performance.

What is included in the ticket price?

All ticket prices include entry to Wonder Wood for our walking Immersive Theatrical Woodland performance.

Our performance is for all ages. Adults and Children alike are required to hold a ticket.

The price of a Child ticket includes a visit with Father Christmas where they will receive an age appropriate gift.

Pleae do not expect a one on one 'Mall Santa' experience. When visiting Father Christmas you will be part of a small group as this allows us to provide a longer and richer experience. There is plenty of time for individual photo's with Father Christmas.

How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

Please bring either your printed ticket or other confirmation of your booking to the event (smartphone).

In the event of lost tickets staff will be able to check you in but please allow more time as this can be a longer process.
