Is there wheelchair or pushchair access?
No, unfortunately due to the rough terrain in the woods, tight space restrictions and lower light levels at this time of year, buggies and wheelchairs are not permitted in the woodsy. Only the hard standing area around the ice cream parlour is suitable for wheelchair use.
Pushchairs may be left at the entrance gate but are not permitted in the woodland.
How do I use my DigiTickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.
You must bring a printed copy of this to the event. Failing to do so will cause a delay which could cause you to miss your allocated time slot.
What is included in the ticket price?
Ticket price includes entry to the Santa's Secret forest. Children's tickets also include an age appropriate gift for each child with a valid ticket.
We do not charge for photography leaving you free to take your own photo's.
Can I change my time slot?
No, once booked, tickets cannot be changed. Please make sure you are booking for the correct time and date.
If you are planning to visit with friends, we advise making one single group booking to ensure every member of the group is booked on to the same time slot. We cannot change times if a session becomes fully booked while you are waiting for others to book.
What if I arrive late?
Late comers will not be admitted or allowed to catch up if your group has left. This is a walking visit and you must be ready to depart with your group from the woodland entrance at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
We recommend you arrive on site at least 30 minutes before your performance time in order to allow sufficient time to park, get to the entrance gate and make any necessary toilet stops. Numbers on each session are strictly limited to keep each visit magical. It is not fair to expect a later group to increase their numbers and impact on their enjoyment of the forest.
We cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside of our control. Please check traffic conditions before leaving home and allow sufficient time for traffic and any unexpected delays.
Do you issue refunds?
No, tickets are not refundable.

What if it rains or there is bad weather?
This is an outdoor event and rain is a very real possibility. We suggest all visitors to the farm prepare accordingly. In the event of rain our event will continue and we cannot offer a refund.
Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.
We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are travelling a distance. Any unsold tickets will be available to purchase on the day on a first come first served basis.
Do I need to pay for under 1's?
No, there is no charge for children under 1 to enter the Secret Forest.
If wish to visit for your baby to visit Santa and receive a gift you will need to purchase a child ticket.
Can I take a photo with Santa
We do not engage a professional photographer. Many of our customers prefer to take their own photo with Santa which you are welcome to do.
