What if it rains or there is bad weather?

Your tickets are to an outdoor event which is subject to The Great British weather. In the event of bad weather, please dress warmly and bring waterproofs as the show will go on!

Unfortunately our performances sell out very quickly. We simply do not have available spaces on other performances should it be raining on the day you have booked.

We will not be able to reschedule your tickets and refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely event that we cancel the show.

Is there wheelchair or pushchair access?

Wheelchairs may be taken into the Woodland but please be advised our theatre takes place in a real Woodland across rough terrain. It can be very difficult to traverse, particularly after bad weather. Only the hard standing area around the ice cream parlour is suitable for wheelchair use.

Buggies are not permitted into the Wonder Woods due to space restructions. Buggies may be safely left with the staff at the entrance gate and collected once the performance has finished.

Can I change my booking?

No, once booked tickets cannot be changed.

Please double check you are booking for the correct time and date particularly if you are booking to meet friends.

Where reasonably possible we will try to accomodate requests for changes to ticket times, however this is very time consuming, a £5 admin charge will be applied per change to cover administrative costs.

Who needs to buy a ticket?

Due to space restrictions and to control numbers, everyone entering the Wonder Woods is required to purchase a ticket. Please note that children may not enter the woods unless they are accompanied by a reposonsible adult.

Sorry but we do not offer concessionary prices.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day.

No. We do not sell tickets on the door. We strongly recommend all customers book in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are travelling a distance.

In the unlikely event there are unsold tickets to a performance these will be made available on the day on a strictly first come, first served basis. When such tickets are available they do sell out very quickly!

Do you issue refunds?

No, tickets are not refundable.

We cannot accept responsibilities for circumstances outside of our control including poor weather, customers arriving late, unexpected delays, traffic, roadworks, customers accidentally booking the wrong date or time, or booking too many tickets**

Please remember you are booking a ticket to an outdoor event. In the event of poor weather 'the show goes on'. Refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely event that we cancel your performance.

We strongly urge all customers to check traffic conditions on the day of departure and leave enough time for unexpected delays and to park on site.

** Where reasonably possible we will try our best to change incorrectly booked tickets however this is very time consuming for our small team and a £5 admin charge will be applied if bookings are changed. If you have accidentlly double booked a ticket we cannot accept responsibility for your mistake. We will only refund unwanted tickets if we are able to re-sell them and recover this lost revenue.

What is included in the ticket price?

Ticket price includes entry to a specific performance in The Wonder Woods. Your ticket may only be used for the specific time and date shown on your ticket and not transferred to another performance.

How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

Please bring either your printed ticket or other confirmation of your booking to the event (smartphone).

In the event of lost tickets staff will be able to check you in but please allow more time as this can be a longer process.

Please bear in mind that Crockford Bridge Farm is a small family business. At busy times as our team has a limited amount of time to answer phone calls and respond to emails.
