FAQs / Help

Who needs to buy a ticket?

Under current Government guidelines, everyone entering our events is required to purchase a ticket, regardless of age. Please note that children may not enter unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Sorry but we do not offer concessionary prices.

What if it rains or there is bad weather?

What if it rains?

Rain and wind are part and parcel of outdoor events and life on the farm, particularly in the last week of October. We ask customers to consider this before booking and to decide if this is the event for you. Tickets are non refundable and we are not able to re-book your tickets should it rain on the day of your visit..

In our experience there is no such thing as poor weather, simply poor clothing choices. Over the years, thousands of customers who have come prepared and suitably dressed still enjoy our event, even when it rains!

Met Office weather warnings

Cautionary regional forecasts are frequently not representative of conditions on the farm. In the event of poor weather we take a decision ourselves whether it is safe to open depending on actual rather than predicted conditions. Customers are advised to check with us directly before assuming we are closed.

Tickets will only be re-booked or refunded in the unlikely event we take the decision to close the Festival and you cannot attend.

Is there wheelchair or pushchair access?

Wheelchairs may be taken into the Woodland but please be advised our theatre takes place in a real Woodland setting on a working farm. Due to planning and agricultural resitrictions, there are no paved walkways on the farm and the woods can be difficult to traverse, particularly after bad weather. Only the hard standing area around the ice cream parlour is suitable for wheelchair use.

Buggies are not permitted into the Wonder Woods due to space restructions. Buggies may be safely left with the staff at the entrance gate and collected once your visit has finished.

Can I change my booking?

No, once booked tickets cannot be changed.

Please double check you are booking for the correct time and date.

Do you issue refunds?

TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

We cannot accept responsibilities for circumstances outside of our control including poor weather, customers arriving late or illness.

Please remember you are booking a ticket to an outdoor venue. In the event of poor weather 'the show goes on'. Refunds will only be issued in the very unlikely event that we cancel your booking.

If you become unwell and cannot attend, we will try our best to re-sell your ticket for you. The more notice you can give us, the better our chances of selling your ticket.

We strongly urge all customers to check traffic and weather conditions on the day of departure and leave enough time for unexpected delays and to park on site. We suggest you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the time of your booking.

We are unable to refund double bookings or 'ghost bookings' made simply to 'reserve a space' In the event of an error, we cannot accept responsibility for your mistake.

In the your tickets are no longer required, we will offer them to our waiting list, but cannot offer any guarantee they will sell.  In the event your tickets do sell, we are only able to refund the ticket value of your booking, Booking fee's are non refundable.
