Terms & Conditions

Refunds

All tickets sold are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event we are forced to close or cancel your event. Any unexpected closures will be publicised on our website and Social Media platforms.

Your commitment to us

When you make a booking to attend our farm, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below.

Entry to The Farm and Events

A valid booking for the correct date, time and number of attendees must be shown on entry. We cannot permit entry to anyone without a valid booking.

Your booking is for a specific time and date and may not be transferred to another time, date or event. Sorry late arrivals will not be allowed entry .

If you aren't able to attend on the date and time of your booking, please contact us by emailing general@crockfordbridgefarm.co.uk. We will try our best to re-sell your tickets. The more notice you're able to give us, the better the chances of re-selling your ticket. Any refund is for the ticket value of your booking, less booking fee. Refunds will only be issued if and when we're able to re-sell your tickets.

What if it rains?

Rain and wind are part and parcel of outdoor events and life on the farm, particularly in the last week of October. Our events do not stop because of rain. We ask customers to consider this before booking to attend our outdoor event. We aren't able to refund or reschedule your booking in the event of poor weather.

Please bear in mind that MET Office weather warnings are advisory and frequently inaccurate. We strongly suggest customers check with us directly before deciding not to attend or assuming we will close. We can only issue refunds in the event we actually close due to localised weather conditions here on The Farm.

Carers

Carer passes are available in instances where purchasing an admssion ticket for a carer would be cause an extra and discriminatory cost. Carer passes are not ordinarily available to parents attending with their children as all parents are ordinarily required to purchase entry tickets.

In order to protect this concession, supporting documentation is required and carer passes must be requested by email a minimum of 4 working days in advance to allow us time for due dilligence. Please email general@crockfordbridgefarm.co.uk for further information.

Covid

Under current Governement guidance there are no longer any Covid restrictions in place in the UK. We are unable to offer refunds or reschedule bookings in the event you develop Covid or Covid symptoms.

Dogs

  • Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome to communal areas of the farm (Wilding barn and seating area)
  • Dogs are never permitted into our picking fields for hygiene reasons.
  • Dogs aren't permitted to any of our event areas due to the large numbers of excitable children.
  • Certified assistance dogs accompanying those with disabilities are permitted. Certification issued by Assistance Dogs UK is required.
